MAX VALUE GUARANTEE DISCLAIMER

Max Value Guarantee, as represented on the Site, stipulates that if the insurance settlement for your vehicle does not increase by at least the cost of our valuation report, we will issue a full refund of the cost of our report, as long as this claim is made within one month of delivery of our report. This guarantee is predicated upon good faith use of our services and reports.

In order to qualify for the refund under our Max Value Guarantee, you must provide legitimate documentation from your insurance provider that explicitly illustrates the value assigned to your vehicle both prior to and after the utilization of our valuation report. This documentation must show an overall increase in value, less than the cost of the valuation report before taxes, fees, etc.

The Max Value Guarantee does not apply to any loss or damage arising from misuse, misinterpretation, or misrepresentation of our valuation reports. The Max Value Guarantee is not intended to provide any legal or financial assurance beyond the cost of our report.

We reserve the right to refuse the Max Value Guarantee refund to any customer we believe is attempting to exploit the guarantee in a fraudulent or deceitful manner. Please note that all decisions regarding the Max Value Guarantee are final and at the sole discretion of My Write Off.

You agree to indemnify My Write Off for any claims or losses relating to or arising from the Max Value Guarantee. This includes any costs, expenses, and attorney's fees incurred by My Write Off.

RIGHT TO APPRAISAL SERVICE DISCLAIMER

By engaging in our "Right to Appraisal" service, you understand and acknowledge our sole role as aiding in the determination of the value of the insured item or vehicle. We are not offering legal or insurance counsel or representation.

While we act in the utmost good faith to supply accurate and impartial appraisals based on available information, the eventual decision on value through the "Right to Appraisal" process is contingent not just on our valuation. It also involves negotiations with the insurance company's designated appraiser, and potentially, an umpire. Therefore, we cannot assure any specific outcome of this process.

It's vital to underscore that our services do not equate to legal recommendations or opinions. Should you have concerns or queries regarding the "Right to Appraisal" clause or any other related legal rights, it's advisable to consult a professional attorney.

Decisions that are reached in the duration of the "Right to Appraisal" procedure, particularly when they involve an umpire, are usually binding. We hold no responsibility for any final value decision you might disagree with, nor do we have the capacity to challenge or modify such determinations.

Our commission for facilitating the "Right to Appraisal" process is strictly based on the added value negotiated beyond the initial accord made between you and your insurance provider. Though we are committed to ensuring fairness, this commission does not ensure a particular result or value assignment.

Should you decide to use our services, you consent to hold us harmless and indemnify us from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including legal fees) emerging from the "Right to Appraisal" procedure. This encompasses disagreements over value decisions, the behavior of the insurance company’s appraiser, or rulings made by the umpire.

Our commitment is to uphold principles of honesty, integrity, and transparency throughout the "Right to Appraisal" process. However, no representations or assurances are made about potential increases in claim value, and outcomes of past appraisals don't predict future results.

This disclaimer, along with any other accompanying documents or agreements provided by us, forms the entire agreement between you and our company in relation to the "Right to Appraisal" service. Prior agreements or understandings preceding this agreement are not binding unless they are included herein.
